| The plugin is
identifying signal spots in images of Bio Arrays (Bio Chips) exceeding a cut-off
set by the user and generates a Results Table, which contains location,
signal strength as integerated gray level and external table data such
as sequence information. The plugin is using the Roi Manager of ImageJ. Thus any signal found can also be conveniently marked in the input image. The plugin is written in Java and thus may be run under any operating system supported by ImageJ. Screen shot Get a free demo version of the Plugin! |
